Association football is a very popular sports game. In this game you have two opposed teams trying to score a goal for their team by hitting the ball into the other side’s soccer goal. While this can be a sport game both to watch and play there are a few basic rules of soccer that need to be followed. These are principally way to keep the game from turn rowdy and very dangerous. In the first part of game you will have to have two teams who are willing to play against each other.

The very first basic rules of soccer should come into play as soon as both of these teams are on the field. There should be Eleven people on the field who are sledding to play the game. The rest of the squad should be posing or wait on the sidelines only. They must stay there unless they are needed to go on the field. In the most basic rules of soccer also having play you should make sure that you assure the ball with the rest of your body.

You want to be sure that your hands and arms come perfectly no where near the soccer ball or the other team will get a free turn at performing and your team will have to begin the defensive soccer ball game.

When you are performing this game you will need to make sure that you don’t tackle the goal keeper. Doing a move like this will only gain your team a foul. This is a penalization which will let your opponents have a free turn at trying to score a goal. Of all the basic rules of soccer is that of Taking the game by having the most goals scored. You must try to accomplish this by acting fairly, otherwise your squad will lose valuable points. So as well the basic rules of soccer what else can you expect? You should try and void any diving event tackles as this can cause hurt to the person that you are tackling.

You will need to invest in the right soccer equipment that your soccer squad approves of. In addition to this there is only one main rule that you will need to remember. From all of the basic rules of soccer this one counts the most – have fun.

Well now that you know a few of the basic rules of soccer you can try this game out for yourself. There are very few rules for you to truly remember but if you want to know some of the other rules that are around for more formal (big matches) soccer games you can see what the FIFA World Wide Web site has about these association football rules.

Nowadays, due to the improvements of technology and the development of the Internet everyone can watch live football from a comfortable seat at home, and all this without paying expensive cable or satellite fees.

Now you can watch premiership games, champions league soccer, cup matches live, al broadcasted on the Internet, sometimes free and sometimes after paying a small fee. You can enjoy many quality football matches easier then ever. And don’t think that you have to buy some extra hardware or anything because all you need is an Internet connection, but it has to be a broadband connection if you want the live football stream to have a high quality.

How can you do this? Almost every soccer match that is taking place somewhere in the world is broadcasted through a live football stream that you can access from anywhere and furthermore most of the matches come with an English commentary.

If your Internet connection’s speed is high enough then the live transmission of the game will be uniinterupted, but this and the quality depends on how busy the server is.

There are many websites that are broadcasting live soccer streams and most of these provide high-quality streams and they have more links to choose from because only one would make the line too busy.

You also need a player that supports live streaming if you wish to watch live football games. The most common players are RealPlayer, MediaPlayer and WinAmp. The websites that provide soccer streams have a list with all the games taking place at the moment and all you need to do is click on the game and the player will open and you can watch it. As simple as that!

So whenever there’s a major football event you know that it’s certainly broadcasted somewhere on the Internet and you can watch everything and you only pay a few dollars!

Why Juggling?

All of the great players can juggle, Ronaldinho, George Best, Zinedine Zidane and the greatest of them all Pele.

In fact Pele used a grapefruit before he could afford a real soccer ball!

“No, I can’t really remember practicing in my spare time. It’s easier to remember the times I didn’t practice, and most of those were when I was watching.” Pele

If you can improve your juggling, you will definitely

    * Improve tour first touch on the ball.
* Improve your ball control
* Give you greater confidence when dribbling
* Improve your concentration
* Make you more comfortable and compentent when receiving the ball
* Lets get started and get you going!

Step 1

   1. Use a slightly deflated ball
2. Start juggling on a hard surface that has a nice even bounce
3. Hold the ball with both hands, arms extended at chest height
4. Drop the ball and let it bounce once
5. Before it bounces again, kick the ball back to chest height and catch it

There, you have done your first juggle, now on to bigger and better things

The sequence that you just did was called

    drop-bounce-kick-catch

Keep practicing Step 1 using both feet until you can consistently kick the ball back to chest height

Step 2

You will do a similar exercise to step one, but this time the sequence is

    drop-bounce-kick-bounce-kick-catch

That’s right, all we have done is increase the number of kicks to 2 using the same foot

Keep practicing Step 2 until you can do it consistently.

Step 3

We are now at the stage where we should be able to repeat the

    kick-bounce-kick

sequence as many times as possible. We will continue as we did in Step 1 and Step 2, but this time

Try to kick the ball to the same height that it was dropped from

Stay within a square that is 5 yards by 5 yards

Step 4

Now for something a bit more challenging

We will repeat Step 1, but this time we do not let the ball bounce, so the sequence is

drop-kick-catch

Keep practicing Step 4 using both feet until you can consistently kick the ball back to chest height

Step 5

You guessed it, Step 5 is similar to Step 4, but with an extra kick, so the sequence is

    drop-kick-kick-catch

Keep practicing Step 5 using both feet until you can consistently kick the ball back to chest height

Step 6

You are now ready to do unlimited kicks, using one foot at a time,

So you just repeat the kick-kick sequence.

At this stage you should only use one foot at time. That is to say see how many you can do using only you right foot, and then see how many you can do using your left foot. Juggling Practice As well as using your feet, you should also include other parts of the body, such as the thigh and the head. When using the thigh, make sure you use the fleshy part of the thigh and NOT your knee.

You will probably find that the thigh is overused, because the thigh is an easier part of the body to juggle with

Avoid overusing the thigh, just because it easier

Use a pattern

Rather than aimlessly juggling, using patterns is a far better way to improve, so use patterns like

   1. Left foot
2. Left thigh
3. Head
4. Right thigh
5. Right foot
6. Repeat 1 to 5

You can make up your own patterns, but I will stress again, it is far more beneficial to follow a pattern, that to aimlessly chase a ball around, just trying to keep it in the air.
